Who is Dominic Felix?

Dominic Felix is one of the UK's top personal trainers, with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He has dedicated his life to human performance. Dominic uses a lot of the methods and principles he himself used as a professional boxer to help others achieve their desired goals. 

He believes that you should make people do as you do and not just make up exercises because they look good or because they’re something you’ve seen randomly on social media. Dominic’s approach to coaching is grounded in his own experience, and he emphasises the importance of consistency, hard work, and discipline in achieving success. He also stresses the need for a personalized approach that takes into account each individual’s unique strengths and weaknesses

Dominic has a different approach to fitness, doing his level best to make it fun and specific when required. Dominic also has a skillset in communication, and he is a qualified trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). NLP is quite simply “the science of the mind.”

NLP is a powerful tool for personal development and communication that can help individuals achieve their goals and improve their relationships with others. Dominic’s expertise in NLP makes him an effective communicator and a valuable asset to any team.

Dominic is a specialist in many areas, using kettlebells, boxing, kickboxing, jump rope (skipping) training, and bodyweight training to help you get into the shape of your dreams. The methods of training used to help get you into shape are boxing, kettlebells, and, of course, your own bodyweight.
