Training with Dom has been my best investment, from improvement in strength, ability and my self confidence has grown. Dominique Felix is a superb trainer. We trained both in the gym and outside in the park. Wherever he trains, he is extremely genial and empathetic but also tough and demanding in the best possible sense. We did general training and also his specialty, boxing.In all cases, he is excellent at choosing and designing the exercises for my individual needs and capabilities, but he always pushes you. When one trains, one wants to feel it, and his sessions really make a difference. But he is not just an outstanding trainer; his sessions are as much fun as they are on point. I recommend him very highly!
